Lauryn Burton
Lauryn was born and raised in Georgia, and from a young age, knew it was her passion and mission to help others. Combining her love of psychology with a passion for helping those who are struggling mentally led her to pursue a career in Marriage and Family Therapy. During her graduate study years, she worked as a Registered Behavioral Therapist, helping children and teenagers with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental disorders. This gave her astounding experience with children and teens who needed guidance, support, and above all, patience.
With a background in Marriage and Family Therapy and a specialization in Child and Adolescent Therapy from National University, Lauryn's goal is to help children and teens manage their emotions, traumas, anxiety, and other challenges that may be holding them back. In addition to children and teens, she also works with adults and families. Lauryn has experience supporting clients with depression, Autism, ADHD, ODD, severe anxiety and anxiety-related disorders, PTSD/C-PTSD, infidelity, marital issues, family issues, and behavioral problems and disorders.
Her mission is to help clients and their loved ones reach a place where they are thriving both emotionally and mentally — and to walk that journey alongside them.
